Read the direction of the plan
The demo scenario above has a monthly cost reduction of €1,500. Headcount is four higher, effective FTE is 0.05 higher, and the latest velocity figure is unchanged.
Those numbers do not make the decision. They make the decision easier to examine.
The combination immediately gives a review group useful questions:
- Which records explain the lower monthly cost?
- Why are headcount and effective FTE moving by different amounts?
- Are the affected teams receiving the capacity the plan intended?
- Does the unchanged delivery figure fit the assumptions behind the change?
The scenario keeps those questions attached to the model, alongside the org chart, compensation, and planning context.
Follow the change back to its source
Summary values are the starting point. The highlights identify modified teams, actors, placements, and other records that explain the movement. The activity log provides a further audit trail when a reviewer needs to understand who changed a field and when.
Sensitive cost and velocity lines remain permission-aware. A reviewer with access can validate them, while other participants can still examine the structural parts of the scenario.
