Useful AI needs a real model

Explore freely.
Change deliberately.

A restructuring question deserves more than a confident paragraph. Orgonaut connects the answer to the people, placements and scenarios behind it.

  • Read in contextWork with the organisation and scenario you choose, using the data your role can access.
  • Review before applyingMCP scenario actions produce a proposal. Inspect it before explicitly confirming a supported change.
  • Keep the Live decision humanPlan in scenarios. Review and promote changes through Orgonaut’s product workflow.
How access & confirmation work
Beyond a chat box

AI is part of the organisation.
And part of the toolkit.

Orgonaut supports both sides of the shift: tools for working with AI, and an organisational model that includes the agents doing the work.

HUMANS + MACHINES

Plan the whole workforce.

Represent people, agents and robots with their roles, placements and allocations. Explore how human and machine capacity changes across scenarios, rather than keeping AI in a separate spreadsheet.

Agents & robots in Orgonaut
OPEN + STRUCTURED

Build on the model.

Use OrgSpec’s portable YAML and JSON models, the REST API, the CLI and MCP to connect your own workflows. Give agents structure to inspect and tools to discover.

PLUGIN + GUIDED WORKFLOWS

Give your assistant a way in.

The Orgonaut plugin supports guided guest modelling and connected account tools. Describe an organisation in plain language, explore a temporary draft, or sign in to review the model you already have.

TRANSFORMATION STUDIO

Connect AI to the business case.

On Enterprise and Agency, connect Work and Capabilities to governed AI Solutions, deployment records and Transformation Cases. Use MCP to inspect the case and its readiness; develop and review it in Orgonaut.

A few useful answers.

Do I need to use Orgonaut’s own assistant?

You can use Astro inside Orgonaut, connect your existing assistant through MCP, or use the CLI with a coding agent. Choose the workspace that fits the task.

Is MCP included in my plan?

Orgonaut MCP is available on every plan, including trials. Your AI provider may have its own requirements for custom connectors. Transformation Studio tools require Enterprise or Agency.

Can an AI change my Live organisation?

MCP supports staged, explicitly confirmed actions in mutable scenarios. It does not write to Live or promote scenarios. Review and promotion stay in Orgonaut.

Can I start with an idea rather than an existing account?

Yes. Orgonaut’s guest modelling workflow can build a temporary organisation from a conversation or pasted data. You choose whether to save it to an account. See the guest workflow .
